James McNerney’s primary focus is the sale and leasing of Office, Industrial and Investment aspects of Commercial Real Estate. James represents a diverse client base and has concluded transactions with corporations including Bell’s Little Learners, Portx Inc., and Cottman Transmissions.
Prior to joining McBride, James is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA. He graduated with a degree in Organizational Communications, and was a four-year member of the football team, eventually gaining captain status. James looks to apply the same focus and work ethic to working in corporate real estate.
As a life long resident of Northern Bergen County, James brings a wide-ranging understanding of the New Jersey marketplace to his clients.
